HTC Incredible S at first sight is attracting attention, the unit was able to gather the best features of models: large candy bar with rounded corners, excellent display quality and build. It is worth noting that the model looks very similar to the flagship Desire HD, however, company representatives argue that it is absolutely different models.

Design
Incredible S has an attractive design, which is designed in the tradition of HTC. At first glance, nothing unusual, frosted plastic, pleasant to the touch, the metal edging on the sides – agree not unusual. Perhaps the most unusual, what makes this smartphone – it’s back, which has an unusual and even strange shape, but it makes the device an intriguing and interesting. The front panel is predictable – a large touch screen and touch panel function buttons. Above the display is earpiece, which is closed decorative metal grille. There is also a light indicator that tells about the main events.
On the back cover is the same “eye” camera and LED flash two synchronous, which can also serve as a flashlight.
The left side is a button – “rocker” volume, it is narrow, slightly uncomfortable, but you get used to it quickly. Just to the left is a connector for connecting the device to a PC and for charging the device.
Above is a power button \ device lock and a 3.5 millimeter headset jack. The right end is not burdened by any buttons or connectors.
It should be noted that the assembly is performed at the highest level, there are no cracks or backlash, all very high quality. The very same material is excellent, it not only durable, but not the brand, almost no trace of fingerprints which can not fail.
Display
The smartphone has a touch-screen technology made by S-LCD, with a diagonal of 4 inches and a maximum resolution of 800×480 pixels. It not only has good image quality and brightness, but the viewing angles. The screen behaves well even in direct sunlight the picture remains readable.

Camera
HTC Incredible S equipped with a camera with a matrix of 8 megapixels and flash. But despite the fact that the smartphone has such a powerful matrix images are obtained at the secondary level. However, I want to note that the camera can shoot HD video at a resolution of 720p. Focusing takes place smoothly and precisely, but not to photograph, subjects in a large distance is not desirable, they are obtained by fuzzy and not clear. The flash is powerful, but the pictures in a bright room with its use are obtained lighted, and too dark with distorted colors.
Higher quality video, record flows smoothly without jerks and freezes, and you can change the focus on the run, and in the final version when viewing it will seem natural. But there are also disadvantages, so recording in HD is limited to only 10 minutes.
Results
And once again, HTC has managed to please its customers a powerful and “strong” smartphone. However, it is difficult to say that the model will win the market and will be tops in sales. Perhaps the company to focus on the cost price, making the unit more affordable, if It had had a better chance to compete with other smartphones in its class.
